Notice: The weather advisory for Jan 25th to 27th 2026 is for severe cold and ice. The past two winters we have had residents and others block Clift's Cove Boulevard entry and exit lanes by abandoning their cars and trucks not able to navigate the ice on the road preventing Emergency Vehicles access to our neighborhood.
Any abandoned vehicles will be removed without prior notice by the HOA Board at owners expense to allow Emergency Vehicle access. 
Emergency Vehicles can physically move any vehicle obstructing their access to an emergency location without responsibility for damages.
