Clift's Cove Homeowner's Association
Clift’s Cove prides itself as a family-friendly community with many activities for residents of all ages. The Homeowners association serves the community as agents in the management of its finances, its common properties, and its member compliance with community covenants for the greater good of the community as prescribed by the by-laws of the Association. As volunteer elected officials of the Clift’s Cove Community, the HOA Board of Directors represent the Community by planning, executing, and monitoring Association activities to ensure that resources are used in the most effective means possible to improve property values, provide fair and consistent enforcement of covenants, mitigate risks to the Association members, and communicate important information with the residents. Our position is one that supports the maintenance of programs and policies that will make our community the community of choice.
The HOA Board of Directors typically meet monthly. The Annual General HOA Meeting is the First Tuesday in December. All Homeowners are welcome to attend and observe the Open Meeting session of each monthly meeting and the Annual General Meeting. If you wish to address the Board with a concern or recommendation - you must request this at least 24 hours prior to the meeting by emailing [email protected] or [email protected] to reserve 2 minutes of the open meeting.
