The Clift's Cove HOA Board meets monthly - all Homeowners are welcome to view the open meetings! If you wish to address the Board at a meeting - please contact [email protected] and state your subject at least 24 hours prior to meeting. Limit 3 homeowners per meeting to control schedule time.

​The Annual HOA General Meeting is scheduled for the First Tuesday in December each year - This is an important meeting for homeowners to attend and participate in the management of your HOA

2025 Community Events

HOA Board of Director Meetings - all homeowners are invited to attend any meeting to discuss concerns or volunteer to assist on HOA Committees.
​If you wish to address concerns to the BOD at the meeting - you must contact President Steve Sullins or Secretary Dud Fagan at least 24 hours prior to the meeting and state your issue.

Please note that all Clift's Cove Clubhouse Campus Facilities are only open from 6 AM to 10 PM (pool in season) including Clift Park, the racquet court, fitness center, playground, and parking lot.

Saturday, April 19, 2025 - Kids Easter Egg Hunt ​- 3 to 5 PM Clubhouse. 4 grand prizes for the Easter Egg Hunt, food, bouncy house, balloon artist, face painter, Easter Bunny, and actual bunnies will be there for kids to pet!

Saturday April 26, 2025 - Clift's Cove Spring Community Yard Sale - at individual residences from 8 AM to 2 PM

Saturday May 3, 2025 - Pool Season Opens  Hours are 6 AM to 10 PM  Daily

Monday, Memorial Day May 26, 2025 - Community BBQ
Clift's Cove will be kicking off the summer at the pool with Patriot Themed ice cream from Jerimiah's and delicious food (TBD) for residents on Memorial Day from 12 to 2 PM.

Saturday, June 14, 2025 - Spring Adult Social - Social is from 6-9pm. Theme is Back to The Future."Where we're going we don't need roads."  Chuck Wagon BBQ will be served. Please RSVP to [email protected]. Reservations are encouraged to ensure enough food and drinks are on hand, or if you are Gluten Free or vegetarian. Adequate volunteers are on hand for this event. Make sure you thank the volunteers during the event.

July 14 to 18, 2025 - Bob Jones HS Students Fishing Camp 
the Board has approved this event to allow fishing in Jack's Lake only on those dates for non-resident students participating in this school sponsored event.

Saturday, August 9, 2025 - Kids Back to School Splash Party - Clubhouse / Pool:
12:30-1:30 PM: Pizza for the community 
12:00-3:00 PM: Water bouncy house with music 

Saturday, September 20, 2025 - Fall Adult Social -  6:30 PM at the Clubhouse - Theme is Sports! and food catered by Chipotle Mexican Grille. Please RSVP  to [email protected]. 
Reservations are required to ensure enough food and drinks are on hand.

Saturday, October 25, 2025 - Kids Halloween Party - 3 to 5 PM - Clubhouse - Food, and a Costume Contest! So dress up and get ready to have a spooky good time. 

Monday November 17, 2025 - Two Men and a Truck Pick-up day for the Downtown Rescue Mission Thanksgiving Dinner Box donations. Have your boxes with food on your front porch by 8:00 AM - Boxes will be distributed to your doorstep on Monday November 3rd with a letter explaining the food sought. If you do not want a box delivered to you - please call Adreanne at Two Men and a Truck (256) 885-2515

Wednesday November 19, 2025 - Deadline for HOA members to electronically or mail-in votes for open BOD positions for 2026. 75 votes required to validate the voting. One vote per Member household. Vote on Hughes Properties website at: https://hughesprop.cincwebaxis.com

​All homeowners are invited to attend any Board of Directors meeting during the year on the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 PM in the Clubhouse. The Board always welcomes visitors and their comments.

Saturday, December 20, 2025 - Kids Holiday Crafts Party - 3 to 5 PM – Clubhouse. A special visit from Santa, an Ugly Sweater contest, Hot Chocolate, and some Arts and Crafts.
