The Clift's Cove HOA Board meets monthly - all Homeowners are welcome to view the open meetings! If you wish to address the Board at a meeting - please contact [email protected] and state your subject at least 24 hours prior to meeting. Limit 3 homeowners per meeting to control schedule time.
The Annual HOA General Meeting is scheduled for the First Tuesday in December each year - This is an important meeting for homeowners to attend and participate in the management of your HOA

2026 Community EventsHOA Board of Director Meetings - all homeowners are invited to attend any meeting to discuss concerns or volunteer to assist on HOA Committees.
If you wish to address concerns to the BOD at a meeting - you must contact President Steve Sullins or Secretary Dud Fagan at least 24 hours prior to the meeting and state your issue. [email protected] or [email protected] Please note that all Clift's Cove Clubhouse Campus Facilities are only open from 6 AM to 10 PM daily (pool in season) including the Clubhouse, Clift Park, the Racquet Court, Fitness Center, Playground, and Parking Lot.
Friday March 13, 2026- Pool Season Opens
Hours are 6 AM to 10 PM Daily Saturday, April 4, 2026 - Kids Easter Egg Hunt - 3 to 5 PM Clubhouse. 4 grand prizes for the Easter Egg Hunt, food, bouncy house, balloon artist, face painter, Easter Bunny, and actual bunnies will be there for kids to pet!
Saturday April 18, 2026 - Clift's Cove Spring Community Yard Sale - at individual residences from 8 AM to 2 PM

Clift's Cove will be kicking off the summer at the pool with Patriot Themed ice cream from Jerimiah's and delicious food (TBD) for residents on Memorial Day from 12 to 2 PM. July 13 to 16, 2026 - Bob Jones HS Students Fishing Camp
The Board has approved this event to allow fishing in Jack's Lake only on those dates for non-resident students participating in this school sponsored event. Saturday, August 8, 2026 - Kids Back to School Splash Party Clubhouse / Pool:

Vote on Hughes Properties website at: https://hughesprop.cincwebaxis.com Monday November 19, 2026 - Two Men and a Truck Pick-up day for the Downtown Rescue Mission Thanksgiving Dinner Box donations. Shooting to get 100+ box donations this year!!
Have your boxes with food on your front porch by 8:00 AM - Boxes will be distributed to your doorstep earlier with a letter explaining the food sought. HOA Annual General Meeting 5:30 PM at the Clubhouse This is your prime opportunity to participate in the management of your Association. Please consider attending and voicing your concerns, comments, & recommendations. If you are unable to attend the meeting - please forward your comments, issues, or concerns to Steve Sullins via email, or text ([email protected]), or call Steve at (256) 655-7272) and he will address concerns at the meeting. All homeowners are invited to attend any Board of Directors meeting during the year on the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 PM in the Clubhouse.
